Highway guardrail accessories are essential components used to connect, support, reinforce and terminate W-Beam and Thrie-Beam road safety barrier systems. Correct accessory selection ensures that guardrail panels, posts, block-outs and end treatments work together as a complete containment system.

Our accessory range includes end terminals, splice bolts, connection bolts, brackets, diaphragm beams, transition plates, block-outs and reinforcing cross beams. Standard products are manufactured from Q235 steel and hot-dip galvanized in accordance with GB/T 18226. Custom dimensions, hole patterns and connection details are available according to project drawings.

W-Beam Guardrail Accessories

W-Beam guardrail accessory drawings cover end terminals, splice bolt assemblies, connection bolt assemblies, T1/T2 brackets and H1 diaphragm beams. Each drawing shows the main dimensions, connection details and recommended application for procurement and engineering review.

All products are manufactured and tested in accordance with international and regional standards, including EN 1317 (Europe), JTG D81 & GB/T 31439 (China), with ongoing certification alignment for AS/NZS and other regional requirements — giving project engineers and procurement teams confidence in cross-border compliance.

Material: Q235 steel. Surface treatment: hot-dip galvanized in accordance with GB/T 18226. System compatibility: W-Beam and Thrie-Beam guardrails. Reference standard: GB/T 31439.1-2025. Available items include end terminals, bolts, brackets, diaphragm beams, transition plates, block-outs and cross beams.

Dimensions, hole patterns, plate thickness, bolt grades and galvanized coating can be produced according to project drawings, BOQ requirements and regional standards. OEM and bulk export orders are supported directly from our Shandong factory.
