Include project drawings, a bill of quantities (BOQ) and the required standard if available. If some details are not yet decided, we can help clarify the requirements before preparing a quotation.

Yes. The supply can include guardrail beams, posts, spacers or blockouts, bolts, washers, nuts and project-specified terminals or transitions. We confirm the bill of materials and the exact supply scope against your drawings before production.

Follow the project design and approved barrier system. Beam shape alone does not determine protection performance: posts, spacing, connections, terminals and installation conditions also matter. Any change to the specified system should be approved by the project engineer.

Consider the service environment, required colour and maintenance requirements. Hot-dip galvanizing provides a zinc coating for corrosion protection; powder coating provides a coloured finish. Confirm whether powder coating is applied over galvanized steel and specify the complete coating system in the project requirements.

Compare steel grade, base-metal thickness, coating requirements, dimensions, accessory quantities, packing and delivery scope on the same basis. A lower price may reflect a different specification or an incomplete supply scope. Ask for an itemized quotation against the same drawings and requirements.

Tell us which documents your project requires before ordering. We will confirm the material, dimensional, coating inspection and traceability records available for the quoted product. A material certificate is not a crash-performance rating; any system test or approval document must match the proposed barrier configuration.
