W-beam guardrail (two-wave corrugated beam) is the world’s most widely deployed semi-rigid road safety barrier. Standard panel length is 4,320mm, beam width 312mm, height 85mm, steel grade Q235/Q355, hot-dip galvanized coating 550g/m² (≥85μm). Compliant with EN 1317 containment levels N2 and H1, and GB/T 31439 performance grades SB and SM. Suitable for roadside barriers, median barriers, and bridge approach transitions on roads with design speeds up to 80 km/h.
