Most quotations you receive are forwarded by trading companies that add a margin and cannot answer technical questions. We do not. Shandong Pipe Engineering roll-forms, punches, galvanizes and packs guardrail in our own plant — so the person who reads your enquiry is also the person who can answer questions about steel grade, hole spacing, coating weight and container loading.

What Happens After You Hit Send

Within 24 hours — a real answer. An engineer reads your message. If something in your drawings or BOQ is unclear, you get a question back instead of a template reply.

Day 1–2 — technical review. We check profile type, steel grade, thickness, hole pattern and surface treatment against the standard you specify — AASHTO M180, EN 1317, GB/T 31439, JTG, or your national spec — and flag anything that would cause problems on site.

Day 2–3 — line-by-line quotation. Unit weight, unit price, packing, estimated volume and the trade term you asked for. No lump sums that hide where the cost sits.

Before volume orders — a trial batch. On first cooperation we can produce a trial run so you can verify dimensions, zinc coating thickness and export packing before committing.

• Profile type — W-beam, Thrie-beam, or both
• Steel grade — Q235B, Q355B, S355JR, or your local equivalent
• Dimensions — thickness, length, hole spacing; or simply the drawing
• Surface treatment — hot-dip galvanized (state the coating requirement, e.g. 600 g/m²), powder-coated with a RAL number, or bare steel
• Quantity — per profile and per accessory, so nothing is quoted short
• Destination port — so we quote the correct trade term
• Standard — AASHTO M180, EN 1317, GB/T 31439, JTG, or your project specification
